Customers have an ongoing duty to inform Our Costomer Care Executive of any changes to their circumstances that may affect the accuracy of the policy details throughout the policy period

Failure to adhere to the verification requirements outlined in these terms and conditions may result in limitations to coverage and may affect the company's ability to address claims accurately.
In accordance with the Insurance e-Commerce Guidelines issued by IRDAI, Company shall follow the following service TAT for the online sale of insurance products through its ISNP www.epolicybox.com. The Company shall endeavor to follow the below-mentioned service level TATs subject to receipt of necessary information and documents from insurers:
